1.- PROMOTER
Tybee Yoga and Healing Arts is launching the Ultimate Tybee Island Bachelorette Experience Giveaway, henceforth “the promotion” with promotional or advertising purposes. Tybee Yoga and Healing Arts is a mobile yoga studio. The promoter's email address is Tybeeyoga@outlook.com. 2.- PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion will run from Feb 12th at 12:00 PM Eastern Time Zone to Feb 21, 2024 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time Zone. All entries received outside of this Promotion Period will be disqualified. The promoter reserves the right to not carry out the promotion if a minimum of 100 people have not registered for the promotion by the date previously stipulated by the promoter. Likewise, if the number of participants exceeds 1,000 people the promoter reserves the right to extend the promotion by 1 week making the end date of the promotion Feb 28th, 2024.
3.-ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the promotion constitutes the participant's full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions. In addition, the participant agrees to accept any and all decisions made by the promoter, as final and binding in anything related to the content.
The promotion is open to USA residents, over the age of 18.
The promotion prizes are only good until November 2nd, 2024!
The personal data with which the participants fill out the registration form must be true and current data.
Participants may only register once in this promotion.

The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be substituted for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. All costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize that are not expressly stated as part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for any complementary tips applicable to the service and any applicable taxes on the prize. The promoter is not responsible for any warranty or guarantee on the prize, and the winner accepts the prize "as is" without any warranty or guarantee.
5.- PUBLICATIONS OF COMMENTS AND OPINIONS
No comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, insulting or discriminatory, or that could violate the rights of third parties, will be allowed. Nor will comments be permitted against any individual that infringe upon personal honor, personal and family privacy, or personal image rights. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by comments made by Promotion Participants, or comments that may at any time offend the sensitivities of other Participants.
Any attempt to hinder the proper development of the Contest, either by human intervention or by means of an automaton, will lead to the immediate disqualification of the participant, annulling their candidacy.
6.- DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY
By participating in the promotion, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize received through the promotion. The promoter makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the prize or the promotion. 7.- FACEBOOK/INSTAGRAM (in case of promotions hosted in Facebook/Instagram)
The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Facebook/Instagram, so the Participants shall release Facebook/Instagram from all responsibility for any damages that may arise from it.
8.- AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
9.- GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United States of America. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any other communication or advertising relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
